Donald "Don" Gifford, 87, of Fremont, died Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at his home.
Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Congregational Church, UCC, in Fremont. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., with family, on Monday at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont.
Ludvigsen Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Survived by wife Fern, Fremont; sisters, Marge Andersen, Arlington, and Ruby House and Ched, Arlington; children, Robert Gifford and Maureen, Chicago, IL, Paul Gifford and Melanie, Fremont, and DeEtte Anderson and Frosty, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, Megan Gifford, Chicago, Marty Gifford and Jenna, Fremont, Mark Gifford and Ginger, Bennington, Giff Anderson and Betsy, Lincoln, and Emily Hansen and Chris, Webster City, IA; and 14 special great grandchildren.

MEMORIAL SERVICE 1pm Tuesday, November 29, at the First Congregational Church, UCC, in Fremont. VISITATION 6-8pm with family Monday, Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel, Fremont. Memorials to First Congregational Church, UCC, or the Fremont Area Community Foundation.
