            Several Omaha Caucus members of the 55th SRWA have been meeting for breakfast every Tuesday morning for well over 10 years at The Lodge, a local Bar & Grill in LaPlatte, Nebraska.  The attendance ranges from one to six tables at these meetings.

           Some of the original members of this gathering are Reg Urschler and Frank Hicks who still attend and the late Jimmy Reinhart and Dick Hedge. Other local folks who sometimes attend are Jim Thomas, John Tresemer, Harry Tull, Mike Cook, Arlen Howe, Robb Hoover, John Johnson and Tom Garrity..among others.....and some 'out of towners' who have joined us on occasion are Joe Gyulavics, Fox Censullo, Paul Kempf, Danny Curzon, and others.

          Not much business is conducted and not many decisions are made, but discussion does occasionally get lively and business, politics, and medical science receives frequent attention. ("Please, not while I'm eating !!!)
