General Earl O' Loughlin was based at Lockbourne in the late 50s in the 10th SRS, 26th SRW. He was a copilot on Operation Homerun overflights of USSR in 1956. I last talked to him in 2003 at the Overflight Symposium at Bolling AFB.  I've asked Cargill Hall if he has an e-mail address for him. If so, I'll forward the query on to him. Will let you all know the results.

Joe,
I am the Secretary, 91st Strategic Reconnaissance Wing Association. We were at Lockbourne 1951 – until deactivation in November 1957. Most everyone in the 91st was transferred to the newly formed 376th Bombardment Wing.

I knew your father, but do not recall whether he was 91st, 376th or both.
