         Funeral services for General Russell E. Dougherty, USAF (Ret.), will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2007. Services will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel (larger chapel, not Old Post Chapel) at Ft. Myer, followed by burial with full military honors.
