"Det 2 2762nd Logistic Squadron (Special)"

The 2762 Legistic Squadron, Det 2 is now the 645th Materiel Squadron, Det 2 at Majors Field, Texas. The one aircraft, 61-2666, was a WC-135B weather aircraft converted to a WC-135W then to the present NC-135W used to flight test systems and equipment of the Rivet Joint RC-135 fleet. The emblem pictures the NC-135W and the state of Texas over the North American continent.
This NC-135W aircraft assigned to Detachment 2, 645th Materiel Squadron located in Greenville, Texas, wears the nose art Air Force officials said is being used to continue remembering the Sept. 11 events, "Let's Roll."
