38th Ops

"38th ERS Combat Sent Ops"

38th Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron
Illustrated here is the patch for the 38th ERS - COMBAT SENT OPS. The patch features a new version of the well known black crow superimposed on the tomahawk used on the 38th emblem these days with the lettering in red giving away the unit designation inside the black disc and COMBAT SENT OPS on the bottom tab. Unfortunately absolutely nothing esle is currently known about this patch which was received by MSgt Andreas Hunold (GEAF, ret.) in trade from Mr. Heinz Elzer of Spay, Germany. Anybody who might have any information about this particular patch are kindly asked to either contact MSgt Andy Hunold or the 55th SRW Association.

Patch and information submitted by Andy Hunold, MSgt (GEAF) Ret.
