VO, Max
MEMO FOR RECORD
Donation to the Tuskegee Airmen Convention
Robb Hoover moved via e-mail on 8/04/2004 to adopt a resolution that the 55th SRW Association, in recognition of the valiant Tuskegee Airmen, hereby donates $500 to that organization in support of their Omaha reunion.
The motion was seconded by Max Moore that same date.
The Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of the motion in e-mails 8/04 06 2004.
The Association treasurer subsequently issued a check for $500 which was presented to Harry Tull, a member of both the Association and Tuskegee Airmen.
Respectfully submitted
(signed)
Max R. Moore
Secretary
As a postscript to the M f R above subject. The memo reflects the official action taken and approved by the BoD. However, the check issued was for $600 as 'an anonymous donor' added a personal donation of $100 to the total.
